Latitude is a sustainability consulting firm, born out of the urgent needs of our NYC clients facing the stringent demands of Local Law 97. Having established ourselves as experts in navigating NYC’s complex energy regulations over the past 5 years, we’ve now expanded to offer consulting services nationwide.
We specialize in guiding building owners, managers, and designers to achieve environmental compliance and energy efficiency. Our expertise includes comprehensive building analysis, navigating regulations like Local Laws 97 and 88, and providing personalized vendor referrals from our trusted database to secure incentives and implement sustainable solutions. Executive Architectural-Sustainability DirectorTrained as an architect in New York and a climate activist in Europe, Adina has paved her way as a proactive professional, taking a stand in the resilient and regenerative future of the built environment, and empowering others to do the same. She volunteers for the OpenAir Collective, advocating for low carbon, net-zero and negative emissions local policies, and is the Co-Chair of the American Institute of Architects of Westchester + Hudson Valley (AIAWHV) Committee on the Environment (COTE) and Emerging Professionals Committee (EP), and an active board member of AIAWHV and NY Passive House (NYPH).

Sustainability Manager & Internship DirectorSarah has a background in Environmental Sciences and most recently completed her master’s degree with a specification in Environmental Health Policy from Columbia University. She is passionate about learning all the newest sustainable technologies and helping our clients understand the complexities of NYC’s ESG-Related policies. She is eager to answer any of our client’s questions as she leads our expert compliance team to ensure that you are meeting all of your regulatory requirements.
