LL97 AFFECTS YOU

LL97, introduced in 2019 as part of the NYC Climate Mobilization Act, requires over 50,000 buildings in NYC to significantly reduce energy usage and cut carbon emissions. Starting in 2024, every five years, the carbon reduction targets become more challenging, leading to the ultimate goal of carbon neutrality by 2050.
